1. Data we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run Bloommate: your account email if you create one, basic product analytics (feature usage, crash reports) and any details you send us through the contact form.
2. Page content and prompts
When you ask Bloommate about a page, the relevant page text and your prompt are sent to the AI provider you selected in order to generate an answer. We do not store that content on our servers and we do not use it to train models.
3. API keys
Provider API keys you configure in the console app are stored locally in your operating system keychain. They are never transmitted to Bloommate servers.
4. Third-party providers
Requests are handled by the provider you choose (for example OpenAI, Anthropic or Google). Their own privacy terms apply to those requests.
5. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies for session handling and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.
6. Retention
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Analytics data is aggregated and retained for up to 14 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
