1. Agreement
By installing or using the Bloommate browser extension or console app you agree to these terms. If you use Bloommate on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Bloommate. You may not resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the software except as permitted by law.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Bloommate for unlawful activity, to attack systems you are not authorised to test, to scrape data in breach of a site's terms, or to generate harmful or infringing content.
4. Third-party AI providers
Bloommate connects to model providers you choose. You are responsible for your own provider accounts, keys, usage costs and compliance with their terms.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance per period and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Enterprise terms may be agreed separately in writing.
6. AI output
AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for decisions, code, security work or financial actions.
7. Liability
Bloommate is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will announce material changes. We may suspend accounts that breach them. You can stop using Bloommate at any time.
